You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the website in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
  • Jawla Tours tries to ensure that the information contained on the website is as accurate as possible. However, inaccuracies may arise from time to time. The website and/or any of its sister companies accept no responsibility for any errors in the information contained on Jawla Tours website. The website contains information about the products and services Jawla Tours and/or any third party is offering. This information and all other material on the website are provided in good faith. By using this website, you agree and acknowledge that the website may update, change or amend the Terms and Conditions and Customer Care Policy and/or other information provided on the website at any time without advance notice. Changed terms and conditions will become effective once posted on the website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through the website. You should read these terms and conditions every time you visit the website to ensure that you are aware of all the relevant terms and conditions. Accordingly, your continued access and use of the website after any change is deemed to be your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

  • While the website uses all reasonable endeavors to make the website and associated services available, the website cannot guarantee that they will operate continuously or without interruption.
  • All content of the Jawla Tours website is subject to copyright. The website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the website.
  • The website makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the website or the contents and, to the fullest extent permissible under the law, disclaims all such representations and warranties. Your access to and use of software and other materials on, or through the website is solely at your own risk. The website makes no warranty whatsoever about the reliability, stability or virus-free nature of such software. Subject to applicable law, under no circumstance is Jawla Tours and/or its Licensors and/or Suppliers and/or its Service Providers responsible for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the website whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes any information, products or services obtained through or any contract entered into via the website, but excludes carriage by air performed by airlines in respect of any ticket obtained using the booking engine provided on the website, which is subject to the conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions.
  • The failure of the website to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this agreement will be effective only if in writing and stamped by Jawla Tours.
  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the website or if you have any grievances about any of the services provided by the website please contact us.

 

Website usage
  • When using the website you declare and agree:

    • To use it solely to determine the availability of products and services offered on the website and to assist you to make legitimate reservations or transact business with us. You agree to use the website only for personal, non-commercial use.

    • To use the website services to make only legitimate reservations.

    • You are at least 18 years of age and you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

    • You will inform such other persons about the Terms of Use that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto;

    • Not to make any false reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. The website may cancel, without notice, all confirmations associated with multiple reservations to one or more destination on or about the same date.

    • Not to deface, alter or interfere with the front end "look and feel" of the website or the underlying software code.

    • Not to take any action that may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the website or related infrastructure.

    • To all of our terms and conditions of purchase, including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning availability of prices, products, or services. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties arising out of use of the website are your sole responsibility.

    • Not to do anything which will or might damage, interfere with, disrupt access to, interrupt or impair the functionality of the material available on the website, nor to upload any material that contains any computer viruses or other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or equipment.

    • Not to post, distribute or otherwise upload any defamatory, libelous, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, racially or ethnically objectionable or otherwise unlawful material or information or send any chain letters, junk mail, 'spamming' material or any other form of bulk communication.

    • Not to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse, disrupt or otherwise violate the rights of others, including individual privacy rights.

    • Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the website or any private or member account areas on the website, nor to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person.

    • Not do, cause or permit anything to be done that may infringe damage or interfere with any intellectual property rights of nor any of our associated companies or third parties.

    • Also, not to do anything that is otherwise unlawful or which may create any liability on the part of the website.

    • Violate this Agreement or any applicable legislation in any other manner.

    • Upload or attach files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy and publicity) unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or has received all consents thereof as may be required by law.

    • Upload or attach files that contain viruses, corrupted files or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another computer.

    • Delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded.

    • Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

    • Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or conduct or forward surveys, contests or chain letters, or download any file posted by another user of a forum that the User knows, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

    • Use this website or its contents for any commercial purpose;

    • Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission;

    • Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this website;

    • Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

    • Deep-link to any portion of this website (including, without limitation, the purchase path for any travel services) for any purpose without our express written permission; or

    • ‘Frame’, ‘mirror’ or otherwise incorporate any part of this website into any other website without our prior written authorization.
  • Not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share the following:

    • Information belonging to another person for which the user does not have any right.

    • Information that is hateful, grossly harmful including harmful to minors, pedophilia, invasive of others’ privacy, racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, encouraging money laundering or gambling.

    • Information that infringes any Patent, Trademark, Copyright or other Proprietary rights.

    • Information that deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.

    • Information that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of the countries we operate in, friendly relations with foreign states or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insults any other nation.

    • Information that impersonates another person.
  • If the website considers that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using the website, Jawla Tours reserves the right to:

    • Warn you that you have breached these terms and conditions, and ask you to stop such conduct;

    • Delete any material or content which you may have posted without notice to you;

    • Take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your access) to, and preventing you from using the website;

    • Cancel any bookings and/or reservations that you may have with Jawla Tours without reference to you;

    • Report your activities to an internet service provider or relevant authorities;

    • Take legal action against you.
  • The website, sister companies’ names, and any other product or trade names of Jawla Tours referenced to the website are our trademarks and/or registered trademarks. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
  • We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards. You can make bookings on the website for passengers other than yourself.
  • We accept credit cards issued across various geographies. However, we may keep certain credit cards issued by certain countries blocked on our website during the booking process.
  • We accept debit cards that have been unlocked by the respective issuing banks to be used on e-commerce websites. In case your debit card does not work on the site kindly contact your issuing bank to get it activated. Banks may replace your old debit card with a new one that allows you to transact on e-commerce websites.
  • Your credit card / debit card will be debited when you click on the confirm button. The tickets shall be delivered to you to your registered email address once the payment has been confirmed by our payment gateway.
  • Disclaimer: Jawla Tours accepts no liability or responsibility and will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorized access occurring in connection with the provision of credit / debit card data. Jawla Tours will not be responsible or liable for any action or decision made by you in reliance on the information with regard to credit / debit card usage on this website even if Jawla Tours has been advised of the possibility of these damages.
  • We will make every effort to maintain confidentiality when securing an online payment. This covers the security of your credit card details and other personal information. We do not store your credit/debit card data. All credit/debit card and payment information are secure, encrypted and handled by fully-certified payment providers.
  • If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, the website may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated Jawla Tours accounts. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, the website reserves the right to take any necessary criminal and/or civil legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to the website, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Jalwa Tours. The website reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Jawla Tours systems, as well as its clients’ interests, are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Jawla Tours may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of bookings placed by you. If Jawla Tours, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said transactions are not or do not reasonably appear to be authentic, enforceable or valid, then Jawla Tours may cancel the said bookings at any time before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Jawla Tours.
  • As a condition of use of Jawla Tours website, you agree to indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorney's fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the website, including without limitation any claims alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions. In no event will the website be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or loss of anticipated profits or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature whatsoever) arising out of or relating to (i) this agreement, (ii) the services, the site or any reference site, or (iii) your use or inability to use the services, the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites. In no event will the website or any of its contractors, directors, employees, agents, third-party partners, licensors or suppliers’ total liability to you for all damages, liabilities, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to (i) this Agreement, (ii) the Services, (iii) your use or inability to use the Services or the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites, or (iv) any other interactions with the website, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort including negligence, warranty or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you, if any.
  • The website may contain links and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties. The website does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on such third-party sites. Third-party links and pointers are included solely for your convenience, and do not constitute any endorsement by us. You assume sole responsibility for use of third-party links and pointers.
  • Your use of the website and the terms and conditions is subject to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. Nevertheless, the website reserves the right to bring proceedings to the courts of the country of your location.
  • Jawla Tours may provide you with notices and communications by email, regular mail or postings on the site or by any other reasonable means. Except as otherwise set forth herein, notice to the website must be sent by courier or registered mail to the website’s registered Head Office address.
  • Jawla Tours always seeks customer satisfaction and if our clients have any complaint, our support team will spare no effort to solve it, but the client must first submit his written complaint to [email protected], and our team will contact the you at once.
  • The complaint must be submitted by the person who was wronged personally or an authorized agent, providing that the complaint should be attached with the booking reference number and supported by evidence and proof and all other data concerning the complaint., otherwise, the complaint will be disregarded.
  • Jawla Tours has the right to refuse handling a complaint if it wasn’t supported by proof, and to claim financial reimbursement.
Booking a flight seat
  • You can book for a limited number of travelers per transaction on the website. As we have a wide range of services, each service may limit the maximum number. Infant-only bookings cannot be made online and unaccompanied minor bookings also need to be made via our call Centre or our offices. All reservations, including modifications and cancellations are subject to the Terms and Conditions, customer service policy and general conditions of carriage.
  • The total price displayed includes all applicable taxes and excludes all applicable airport tax or other charges payable at the airport.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • In most cases, there will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused flights.
  • Meals, frequent flyer miles and special service requests are on a request basis only and are subject to airline(s) confirmation.
  • For any information regarding your Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.
  • Kindly ensure that prior to travelling, your passport has a validity of minimum 6 months from the date of travel for one-way flights and from the date of return for return trips. Please also make sure that you have the relevant visa and immigration clearance to travel to your destination.
  • To avail infant fares, an infant must be under 24 months old throughout the entire itinerary you are booking. This includes both one-way and return trips. If the infant is 24 months old or above on the return trip, you'll need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
  • Infants must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years of age.
  • Jawla Tours is not responsible for any schedule change by the airline after issuance of the ticket. It is advisable to reconfirm your flight timings 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
  • Jawla Tours reserves the right to charge transaction fees for availing any Jawla Tours services.
  • Jawla Tours further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties and taxes for availing any Jawla Tours services.
  • Customers must comply with all the airline’s rules and restrictions on the carriage of pregnant women. Please contact the airline to confirm the airline’s policy. Jawla Tours will not be able to process any refund should the airline refuse carriage.

 

When you are a passenger
  • Majority of destinations booked through Jawla Tours website might require a visa. Obtaining such visas is the responsibility of the traveler. You must also have a valid passport with an expiry date that's accepted in all the countries you're planning to visit. More information on passport and visa requirements is available at the embassy of the destination you're travelling to. The displayed fares may not include individual charges such as departure taxes, airport taxes, and passenger service charges. These charges are imposed by the airport or the aeronautical authorities of the countries you are visiting. You will be required to pay them directly to the charging authorities. These shall be communicated at the time of booking. You are also advised to check with your doctor whether you are required to undergo immunization prior to entry or stopover in the countries to and through which you will be travelling. Some countries require that you have adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ascertain these requirements and to fulfill such requirements.
  • The carriage of passengers and their baggage by air will be subject to the conditions of carriage of the carrier concerned, and this may also be subject to the applicable Warsaw Convention 1929 or the Montreal Convention 1999, and other applicable legislation which may limit or stipulate the carrier's liability in certain circumstances.
  • Passengers need to check in at least 3 hours prior to international flight departures, otherwise, they will be considered a no-show.
  • As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 3 hours prior to departure.
  • Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is under two years old.
  • It is your responsibility to carry the appropriate travel documents which include: a valid passport; visa for your destination; valid transit visa in case you are transiting through a destination that requires you to have a transit visa; and any immigration clearance required by your country.
  • Jawla Tours will not be held responsible in case you are denied boarding.
  • Passengers who book a series of one-way tickets (e.g. separate ticketing), need to check if the Minimum Connection Time (MCT) is enough between flights. Jawla Tours might provide different airlines as a cost-effective option but Jawla Tours would not be responsible if any one of the airlines rescheduled the itinerary that would result in a shorter connection time, thereby risking a missed flight. To avoid any issues be sure to either book a return flight (and the airline will manage the MCT for you) or that you have adequate time during your connection or layover to catch your next flight.

 

Amend / Cancel your flight booking
  • Jawla Tours can assist you with amendments to most bookings but in some cases, you'll need to contact the airline directly.
  • Every booking made on Jawla Tours is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is made. However, if the new fare is lower than the original fare, the difference in the amount will not be refunded. The rebooking charges as applicable will be collected.
  • In addition to the airline's amendment charges, Jawla Tours charges an amendment handling fee per passenger according to destination and booked class.
  • We'll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We'll also collect the difference in fare (if any), applicable when the amendment is made, aside from any amendment fees charged by the airline (if applicable).
  • Depending on the airline's policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
  • Every booking made on Jawla Tours is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
  • Some booked fares may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
  • In addition to the airline's cancellation charges, Jawla Tours charges a service fee per passenger per journey for all cancellations according to destination and booked class.
  • Only cancellation requests made through our customer support email, Call Centre or WhatsApp number shall be entertained. Jawla Tours shall not be liable for any cancellation requests made through any other medium including (but not limited to) letter mail, social media, etc.
  • Online cancellations: We currently do not fully support online and mobile cancellations.
  • If your cancellation request is made less than 48 hours prior to departure, then you'll need to contact our customer support.
  • If you have already checked in with the airline, whether at the airport or via online or phone check-in (also known as a 'Web/Tele Check-in'), please get in touch with the airline for cancellation. Jawla Tours will not be able to process the refund and cannot take any responsibility for cancellations made directly between the passenger and the airline.
  • For any cancellation made by you, for which a refund is already processed and if it is found that you have in fact used or made changes to the ticket on the same PNR (Passenger Name Record) directly with the airline, Jawla Tours reserves the right to debit your original mode of payment against the amount which has been refunded to you.
  • The service fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable, so will not be refunded upon booking cancellation.
  • It is mandatory to contact Jawla Tours for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund tickets booked through Jawla Tours.
  • Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
  • Refund for partially utilized tickets (for e.g.: only one sector flown & other sector cancelled) may take 25 to 30 working days depending on the airline.
  • Jawla Tours shall refund your booking amount after deducting cancellation charges only after the respective airline or service provider processes your eligible refund.
Before you book a Hotel room
  • Jawla Tours – by accessing its website – allowing you to view and book rooms and spaces in different kinds of temporary accommodations such as hotels, hotel apartments, villas, B&Bs, and hostels, and those rooms and spaces are not owned by Jawla Tours or any one of their third-party suppliers.
  • The accommodation classification is based on the country's local standards. These standards can differ from one country to another. Sometimes, this classification is used as a general guide instead of an official rating. Customers need to understand that standards can vary between accommodations of the same class in different countries, as well as within the same country. They should also be aware that in some cases, the classification may be based on self-assessment by the supplier. As a consequence, Jawla Tours does not guarantee the accuracy of accommodation classification and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, does not accept any liability in relation to the classification displayed on the website.
  • Information provided by Jawla Tours is sourced from numerous suppliers and accommodation providers. While Jawla Tours will take the utmost care to ensure that the most up-to-date information is displayed, we cannot guarantee that it will always be accurate and complete, as prices and other factors are subject to change and availability. Prices displayed typically include service charges and taxes. The price breakdown is also displayed on the payment page of the booking. Some accommodations may have additional charges that have to be paid directly at the property - such as city tax, tourism fee, security deposit, resort fee, etc. - and these are not included in the total booking amount. In some cases, these will be mentioned on the accommodation details page.
  • If a customer was promised certain facilities in an accommodation but was not available upon arrival, they are encouraged to get in touch with the accommodation management to solve the issue. However, Jawla Tours can't guarantee the availability of any promised facilities found on the accommodation page on the website.

 

Booking accommodation
  • If you decide to make a reservation through Jawla Tours, you are agreeing to the price stated as well as the terms and conditions mentioned on the website and on the booking page for each booking separately. Once the reservation is confirmed by the provider you have chosen, a confirmation email that includes the voucher (for prepaid accommodations) will be sent from Jawla Tours to the email used to make the booking. Jawla Tours reserves the right to reject bookings as set out in the ‘Right to cancel’ section below.
  • Jawla Tours reserves the right not to accept customers or bookings (or to cancel confirmed bookings in extreme cases) at its own discretion and for whatever legal reason without the need to justify such refusal. Typical reasons for rejecting a customer or a booking include, but are not limited to:

    • Breach of Jawla Tours terms and conditions.

    • Accommodation property closure.

    • Incorrect rate.

    • Force majeure events.

    • Trade or economic sanctions.

    • Embargoes, legal restrictions.

    • Fraud or theft.

    • Suspected criminal activity.

    • Submission of misleading or erroneous information.

    • Credit card problems.

    • Inappropriate behavior.

    • Threats or insults.
  • If a booking is rejected or cancelled by Jawla Tours and a payment has already been made, the total booking value will be refunded. We also reserve the right to bar (or “blacklist”) users from Jawla Tours website, on a temporary or permanent basis, with no prior notice. Any such blacklisted users must not attempt to use the website under any other name or through any other user. Jawla Tours might also be forced to reject or cancel bookings due to 'obvious errors'. An obvious error is a mistake found on the website related to the booking prices that a customer might not consider being 'obvious'. Jawla Tours is entitled to reject or cancel any booking where this error is applicable with no prior notice. In such cases, the amount charged will be reimbursed.
  • Some accommodations have a deadline for check-in, and failure to check in before this time can result in booking cancellation. If a customer feels that he/she might be delayed beyond the check-in deadline, they should get in touch with the accommodation property and let them know. If a customer wishes to cancel a refundable reservation, the cancellation needs to be confirmed with Jawla Tours before the cancellation date. If the booking is non-refundable as per the cancellation policy, the customer will not receive any refund when the booking is cancelled and that due to specific contract restrictions between Jawla Tours and Accommodation providers and suppliers. If a customer fails to check in to the booked accommodation on the day of the booking and does not alert them in advance, the remaining duration of the reservation may be cancelled and a refund will not be applicable depending on the accommodation terms and conditions. Even though the majority of accommodations offer specific timings for check-in and check-out, some might not have 24-hour desks. If the accommodation you booked is among the ones with no 24-hour desks, we recommend contacting the accommodation directly to notify them of your estimated check-in time.
  • In most cases, an accommodation has clear policies regarding children, pets, and accompanying guests. Customers are urged to check the policies on the accommodation details page or contact. While customers may place a special request while booking their stay, these are not confirmed or guaranteed but will be laid as top priority request at property and will remain subject to availability upon check-in time. Additional charges for special requests may apply depending on the accommodation’s policies.
  • Customers with special needs such as visual impairment, hearing loss or physical disability are urged to check if the accommodation facilities (found under Hotel Amenities) can facilitate their needs. Customers are also advised to get in touch with the Almosafer support team to verify whether or not the accommodation can make arrangements for them. Almosafer can't guarantee that all special requests will be met, as these special requests are often subject to availability. Refunding, cancelling or modifying your reservation if the special need requests can't be met, depends on the policy of the accommodation. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.
  • Jawla Tours allow you to book up to four rooms in one accommodation property with the same check-in date. If we discover that a customer has booked over four rooms at one accommodation property in same date in different reservations, we are entitled to cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation fee (if applicable). If you are more than 12 guests staying together at one accommodation property, please send your request to Jawla Tours support and they will provide you with a group offer with specific rates, terms & policies.
  • There are different types of cancellation policies set previously by providers and suppliers: Some reservations can't be cancelled or amended, others penalize you for cancelling, and some are fully refundable. In some cases, bookings are fully refundable until the cancellation date, and after that either partially refundable or non-refundable. Customers are urged to carefully read the cancellation policy before confirming a reservation. The cancellation policy can be under the booking summary on the traveler details and payment pages before payment procedures. Customers also need to know that some rates and exclusive offers can't be changed or cancelled. Certain accommodations charge extra for late or early check-out. Any amendments to a booking need to be made by contacting the Jawla Tours call center and are subject to availability and at the accommodation's discretion.

 

Rates and accommodation fees
  • Please be aware that all the prices mentioned on website are based on the dates and number of guests requested (unless indicated otherwise). Jawla Tours will typically display the rate inclusive of tax recovery and service charges (see below for more details) on the website, and display these additional tax recovery and service charges during the booking path. The final amount a customer is requested to pay will be stated clearly before finalizing the booking. A detailed view of the payment will be shown before the booking is confirmed. Please verify every step of your reservation on the booking form. What is included in the rate is displayed on the website (under the room selection section or prior to the final booking confirmation) and/or in the confirmation email/voucher. The standard accommodation room reservations include single, double/twin or triple occupancy. Extra beds - when its available by accommodation provider - will usually come with extra charges unless stated otherwise.   • Certain accommodations may charge an additional yet mandatory “resort fee”, occupancy tax (when applicable), for using certain services or taxes set by governments such as City Tax. This resort fee or city tax is collected directly from the guest and typically will not be included in the price offered on the website. However, it'll be mentioned in the provided accommodation description. Taxability, the appropriate tax rate and the type of applicable taxes vary greatly by location and can change without prior notice.
  • The accommodation might also directly charge you on factors that include electricity, baggage handling, newspapers delivery, tourism and housekeeping. These charges are not controlled by Jawla Tours and are usually applied in certain markets such as the USA. However, optional fees that include minibar charges, parking, room service, movie rentals, the internet, food, beverages, and phone usage are almost never applied. During certain high season periods, certain accommodations may make it mandatory for guests to purchase tickets for a Gala Dinner or event being hosted at the accommodation property (e.g. for New Year, Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.). Such charges might not be included in the room rates and will need to be paid directly at the property. In some cases, it may be listed as a ‘Mandatory fees’ on the accommodation booking details page.
  • For certain accommodation bookings, a transportation or transfer fee will be added to the room rate at the request of the accommodation, or if you request any transportation services. This is common for island destinations such as the Maldives, where you need transportation to reach the accommodation. Please note that such kind of transportation service is always organized and offered by or on behalf of the accommodation, which is responsible for such transportation services. Jawla Tours does not assume any liability for the quality, safety, frequency or service levels of such transportation services. A separate transportation service in major destination can be booked by Jawla Tours. Payment & Currency
  • To proceed with booking confirmation and voucher, full payment must be done and the total amount of the booking will be deducted at the time of the booking in the currency the website offers, or you can complete the booking directly through our call center via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Please make sure that your payment card is valid and have sufficient funds in order to complete the booking.
  • Whatever the provider or supplier currency is of the booked property, you will be charged in the local currency of Egypt (EGP) converted automatically according to the conversion rate of the Central Bank of Egypt with fluctuation factor, and any currency that does not correspond to the local currency of the point of sale is for display purposes only. However, should you decide to pay with a credit card from a foreign bank institute, additional charges may apply, according to your bank’s policy.
General Conditions
  • Generally, the Terms and Conditions of the packages is applied same rules of all terms and conditions as Flight / Accommodation bookings, with extra policies as services sold as package and cannot be separated.
  • Booking a package is online request and you will not get an instant confirmation, you are required to fill-in and submit the form related to each package, and you will get an e-mail that your request is well received and our support team will reply you shortly.
  • Each package has a specific terms and policies according to package destination and nature and we urge you to read carefully before procced with your request.
  • The flight timings may result in you arriving early or departing late from your hotel. Our travel consultants will let you know flight times when you book so you can make suitable arrangements.
  • Jawla Tours reserves the right to modify or change the hotel in your package reservation to another hotel from the same category in any force majeure cases (overbooking, blackout dates).
  • All flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
  • Jawla Tours does not take any responsibility on the VISA services for packages. The customer needs to ensure that he/she is carrying relevant immigration documents on his/her own.
  • Cancellations can be requested only by contacting our Customer Support Team, and cannot be cancelled on the website.
  • The cancellation policy may vary across different packages so please refer to the specific package’s cancellation policy before booking.
  • The flight part & insurance for the Set-departure packages are non-refundable after the booking is paid and confirmed.
  • Whether a package is refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depends on its cancellation policy. However, in most cases, rules apply depending on the date of cancellation.

  • Jawla Tours has the right to cancel any booking under any circumstance if the payment is incomplete.
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
  • Egypt is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
